1 WW

Not much going on here. I just got my b/w done to check my progesterone. I have to wait until Monday morning to get the results...that's kind of annoying. I feel like this whole TTC process has been "Hurry up and wait". I don't really mind waiting for the progesterone test though, b/c I am not concerned about the number. I have always ovulated in the past so I have no reason to think this time will be any different. Next Friday is the day that I will get b/w to determine pregnancy, but I will definitely be testing BEFORE that. I got the HCG shot before the IUI and the nurse said that it stays in your system for 10 days so I shouldn't test before that. That would mean I could start testing in two days, but I will probably wait until at least Wednesday, 12dpiui (CD 27) . For those of you who have had an HCG shot and/or an IUI, how early to you get a positive pregnancy test?

1 week down 1 to go....

oh, GLGLGL!!! i've never had a trigger shot, so i can't answer that... i do know several ladies from a ttc community i chat in that have done the trigger and they actually start testing early w/$ store cheapies so they can watch the line get lighter until they get a BFN so they know the trigger's out of their system so that later, if they get a BFP, they don't wonder if it's leftover HCG. does that make sense??? GL!

I havent had the progesterone shot before, but I wouldnt test before 12DPIUI just in case. I would just hate for you to see a + when it was only the shot.
HOWEVER lets just hope that this is OUR cycle!
Fingers crossed for both of us.
Lets hope this next week flies by!
Any phantom symptoms?

I had a BFN 12 days post IUI and a BFP 15 days post IUI. I didn't test in between. I am now 12 weeks. I didn't feel anything until I was about 6 weeks and I had cramping 2 days before my BFP. Good luck!

Shannon, no phantom symptoms except being tired but I don't pay attention to the "symptoms" anymore b/c they just get my hopes up. Can't wait to hear if the IUI worked for you!!

Katherine, thank you for the comment. Congrats on your pregnancy.

Thank you Amy & Jen for always leaving supportive comments.
