The surgery is on...Thank God!!! I am actually not nervous.....yet. I think since it almost didn't happen, that made me want it even more. I am ready to get this over with and hopefully get some answers.
Today DH and I went on a 3 mile hike to see the beautiful fall colors. It was gorgeous weather....72 and breezy. It was a great way to take my mind of the surgery and it really put me at ease.

It got so close to us!!As I have mentioned before my mom past away 5 years ago from cancer. She donated her body to a local university in hopes that they could learn from her condition. Afterwards they spread her ashes on a hillside at this park. It was really neat to look over this beautiful hillside and feel a little closer to her.

Wow, the pics are just absolutely gorgeous! I'm so glad you're feeling more positive about the surgery. I hope it will put your mind at ease, or at least give you some answers and a course of action. Sending lots of good thoughts your way! You are brave and you can do it!

Is that at the Blanchette (sp?) Park? It's so pretty... We keep meaning to drive there to see all the beauitful colors!
