I have two appointments on Monday.
- 10:00am - Meet with my IVF coordinator Peggy at the RE office. We will go over my protocol and calendar, sign papers, and talk about the IVF process. I am excited to have a plan!!
- 12:00pm - Acupuncture @ Well Body in Maplewood with Christine. She is 9 months pregnant and will be giving birth any day, so this might be the only time I see her. Her husband is a chiropractor who also is also licensed in acupuncture, and he will be taking over for her while she is out on maternity leave. I am usually sceptical of this holistic approach but figure its worth a try especially since it helps eliminate stress.
I need to be on BCP by March 10th, which actually gives us one more month to TTC naturally. I am currently CD 21, but am not stupid enough to think that we will get pregnant on our own but we did BD around fertile time...just in case!!
ABC's "The View" had an entire show dedicated to infertility yesterday. I haven't watched it yet, but I thought you might want to see it! Click here to watch.

Hey there. Glad to hear you have a coordinator at SHER. Ours left and no one has been appointed to us, which makes me feel uneasy. I have been seeing Christine, I worry about her husband taking over. We are right in the middle of our IVF cycle.
You sure do have exciting things coming up. I'm so glad that things are moving forward for you and that your plan almost underway!

So glad you're starting acupuncture! I was scared at first, but enjoy it now! It totally relaxes your body...and it send blood flow to the uterus...making it stronger to accept a baby. I know of countless success stories of people who did ivf and it didn't work, but when they did it again with acupuncture it did!!! Excited for you!!!

Yeah, a plan, coordinator, and acupuncture! You have been busy! I am anxious to hear how you like the acupuncture.

Good luck at your two appointments! It is always nice to have a plan. That really helped me relax alot. Let me know how the acupuncture goes. That is something that does seem pretty interesting!

Glad you have a plan my dear! I'm sending you good luck for your 2 appointments and hope they get you nice and knocked up. IVF consult can be overwhelming but its easier than it sounds, I promise. Hugs =)
