FET - 1st monitoring appt.

My appointment this morning was quick and easy. Dr. A came in the room got out the wand put it in looked around and 10 seconds later he was done. My lining is thin and there are no cysts...so I am good to go. I also had my E2 blood work done.

We chatted for a few minutes about the process of the FET. He is very hopeful that out of the 7 eggs from my IVF cycle, there is at least one baby in there. We used 2 embryos for the fresh cycle which resulted in a BFN, so we have 5 left. We will be thawing 3 this cycle (We are totally fine w/multiples). Best case scenario is that all 3 thaw and we transfer them. Worst case is that we have to thaw all 5 at one time if some of them don't make it through the thawing process.

Tonight will be my 1st E2V intramuscular shot!!

How exciting to transfer 3! They will all thaw fine. The Doctors have that part down so don't worry about it!
